Avatars represent both generic and well-known members of different races in the Alien Worlds Metaverse. They can currently be set as an Explorer's profile picture in the ingame UI, and there is additional planned functionality for them - particularly as part of the Fighting Game that's currently in development. They are also useable in the community-created game called Battledome, which was developed using a TLM grant allocated via the Galactic Hubs initiative.
